Tons of fun is to be had by all at Rand Aid’s Thornhill Manor retirement village family fun day and fete on Saturday, 8 October from 9am to 1pm.
Visitors can look forward to a variety of stalls, including sewing and knitting; white elephant; Christmas goodies and crafts; arts and crafts; puzzles; embroidered and fabric painted items; fairies and goodies for the kids; clothing; mosaics, stained glass, painted plates and kits; jewellery; bags; leather goods; beads; shoes; wooden bowls; books and cards; the Garden Club and so much more!
Enjoy some outdoor shopping while listening to music performed by a local DJ; and snack on a variety of tasty treats, from boerewors rolls and curry and rice to pancakes, German dishes, bacon and egg rolls and a variety of cake, tarts and biscuits. You can also enjoy a cuppa at the tea garden.
The fete will take place at Thornhill Manor retirement village, located at 158 Westlake Drive, Lakeside Village, Modderfontein.
