A delightful Christmas dinner at Elphin Lodge

Elphin Lodge’s Christmas dinner on 8 December was a delight to behold after two years of being unable to hold the event due to Covid-19.

The hall was beautifully decorated by a team of staff and residents, and Anthea Steyn designed beautiful table decorations.

Residents and guests were welcomed by Elphin Lodge manager Helen Petrie, while Kathy Theron was the MC for the evening.

Renowned pianist Martin Lane played a medley of favourite tunes and Christmas carols, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed singing along to. The dinner, made by Steve Burton and the Cookchill staff, was simply delicious!

It was such a cheerful event that not even the rain could dampen the spirit!
