Elphin Lodge has welcomed Ntombizodwa Mthombeni to its team. Ntombi, who was appointed on December 1, has worked in the Rand Aid call centre for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

Born and raised in Johannesburg, with family roots in Mpumalanga, she is also a mother of two.
“I’m truly honoured to continue serving our residents and am excited about this new role. I look forward to meeting you all,” Zodwa says.
Her appointment follows the retirement of long-time Elphin Lodge receptionist Marlene Sirchia, who stepped down at the end of November.
