Thornhill Manor’s Probus Club hosted its annual induction dinner in the retirement village’s hall on 29 March.
“This is Thornhill Manor’s 19th Probus year, and there are over 100 members,” says Thornhill Manor’s deputy manager Jackie Scott.
“The meal was fantastic, with attendees raving about the cauliflower, broccoli and blue cheese soup, catered by Café Manager, Neil Ross,” she adds.
Gordon Drummond was re-elected as President, Bob Davies was re-elected as Vice President, Janet Davies was re-elected as Secretary and Don Gaynham was re-elected as Treasurer.
“Congratulations to you all. Thank you for all your efforts in keeping this club so successful,” says Jackie.
