Some members of the Thornhill Garden Club recently enjoyed an outing to the Montecasino Bird Gardens, where they spent the morning exploring the beautiful gardens and discovering the wide variety of wildlife on display.
The group meandered along the garden pathways, taking in the colourful birds, small mammals and reptiles. A highlight was the immersive walk-through aviary amongst the lush vegetation.
It was a lovely opportunity for the garden club members to enjoy nature, spend time together and discover a little more of the wildlife found right on our doorstep.
