The residents of Inyoni Creek retirement village united to gather donations for the residents of Tarentaal retirement village to make their Christmas a little brighter.
This heartwarming initiative was led by Inyoni Creek residents Peter and Shirley Moore, who were inspired after a conversation with Shelley Sherwood, an Inyoni resident and member of the Lionesses.
“Tarentaal’s residents were overjoyed by the parcels generously donated by Inyoni Creek’s residents,” said Tammy Neilson, manager of Tarentaal.
The 16 parcels, delivered on 17 December, were filled with Christmas treats and toiletries.
