Thornhill Manor resident Gretha Pecoraro penned these words of motivation on a whiteboard positioned at the main entrance to the village’s administration block to help other residents through these unprecedented times. “The mood in the village is good,” says deputy manager Jackie Scott. “Everyone is taking the lockdown in their stride and abiding by the rules. Some are assisting with making masks while others have donated the material. Some residents assist with grocery shopping for those who need help. The sense of community is the best it has ever been, which is saying something because Thornhill Manor residents have always been very connected and civic-minded.”
